Responsibilities
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Assists the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
Customer Experience
- Engages customers and patients, greets them, offers assistance, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Shares customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
Operations
- Provides courteous and efficient service, recommends items, and manages transactions including returns and exchanges.
- Maintains store cleanliness, manages inventory, and supports pharmacy activities such as prescription filling and inventory management.
- Ensures compliance with legal and company policies, handles pharmacy-related communications, and supports promotional activities.
Training & Personal Development
- Earns and maintains PTCB certification and participates in ongoing training.
- Requires fluency in English, flexible working hours, and preferably some retail experience and computer skills.
