2. Registering sales, providing courteous checkout service.
3. Assisting pharmacists under supervision with pharmacy tasks, including using pharmacy systems for patient and drug information, and processing prescriptions.

Customer Experience

• Greeting customers, offering assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring positive experiences.
• Sharing customer service best practices, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.

Operations

• Providing friendly, efficient service, recommending products, handling transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and managing inventory.
• Supporting pharmacy activities such as entering patient data, filling prescriptions, verifying medicines, and supporting inventory management.
• Ensuring compliance with laws and policies, handling calls, processing claims, and supporting store displays and maintenance.

Training & Personal Development

• Obtaining and maintaining PTCB certification, attending training, and acquiring ongoing education.
• Fluency in English, willingness to work flexible hours, and preferred experience in retail and with Walgreens.
• Good math and computer skills are preferred; PTCB certification is a plus.
