We are hiring for the role of Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at Walgreens. This position involves providing excellent customer service, assisting pharmacists, and maintaining pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering a delightful customer experience through courteous and efficient service.
• Registering sales, handling transactions, and assisting customers with product locations.
• Supporting pharmacists by using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions, entering patient and drug information, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Maintaining store cleanliness, inventory, and displays.
• Providing assistance in the photo area and supporting web order pickups.
• Adhering to all company policies, including pharmacy regulations and safety standards.

Training & Personal Development:

• Maintain PTCB certification and participate in ongoing training.
• Possess good communication skills in English and be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications:

• Preferred: Six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
