2. Registering sales, providing courteous checkout service.
3. Assisting pharmacists under supervision with pharmacy tasks, using pharmacy systems for patient and drug information, and processing prescriptions.

Customer Experience

• Greeting customers, offering assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Sharing customer service best practices with team members.

Operations

• Providing fast, friendly service, recommending products, handling transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, managing inventory, and supporting pharmacy operations.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and company policies, including pharmacy and inventory regulations.
• Supporting store display setup, food safety, and store appearance.
• Providing photo services and web order fulfillment.

Training & Personal Development

• Obtaining and maintaining PTCB certification or relevant state registration.
• Participating in training, continuing education, and staying updated on healthcare developments.
• Working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: Six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
