Customer Experience

• Engage customers by greeting and assisting them, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Share customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.

Operations

• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers.
• Recommend products and assist with sales, including processing transactions, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise displays, and inventory records.
• Assist pharmacists with prescription processing, medication verification, and pharmacy workflow.
• Report prescription errors promptly and adhere to pharmacy policies and legal regulations.
• Handle customer calls, process third-party claims, and support inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with laws regarding regulated products and maintain store displays and product placement.
• Provide photo services, web order fulfillment, and store maintenance.
• Follow company policies, foster respectful coworker relationships, and complete assigned tasks.

Additional Requirements
