3. Assisting the pharmacist under supervision, using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, and processing prescriptions.

Customer Experience:

• Greeting customers, offering assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring positive interactions.

Operations:

• Providing fast, friendly service, recommending products, handling transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting pharmacy operations including inventory management and compliance.

Training & Personal Development:

• Maintaining PTCB certification, attending training, and staying updated on healthcare developments.

Qualifications include:

• Fluency in English (excluding Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred experience in retail, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.

Compensation ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, with details on benefits and employment policies provided.
