• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Assists the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug info and process prescriptions.

Customer Experience

• Engages customers and patients, offers assistance, resolves issues, and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Shares customer service best practices to deliver a delightful experience, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.

Operations

• Provides courteous, friendly, fast service; recommends items; handles transactions and returns; maintains store cleanliness and organization.
• Supports pharmacy duties like entering patient info, filling prescriptions, verifying medications, and assisting with inventory.
• Ensures compliance with laws and company policies, handles calls, processes claims, and maintains store displays and stock.
• Provides photo services, web order fulfillment, and supports store maintenance and policies.

Training & Personal Development

• Earns PTCB certification, attends training, and maintains knowledge in healthcare and pharmacy developments.
• Requires fluency in English, willingness to work flexible hours, and preferably six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, or relevant skills like math and computer literacy.
