Responsibilities

1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Register sales, provide courteous checkout service, and assist customers proactively.
3. Assist pharmacists under supervision in pharmacy practice, including using pharmacy systems, obtaining patient and drug information, and processing prescriptions.
4. Engage customers, resolve issues, and share customer service best practices.
5. Provide fast, friendly service, recommend products, and handle transactions and returns.
6. Support pharmacy operations, including inventory management, prescription filling, and compliance with regulations.
7. Maintain store appearance, assist with product displays, and support web order fulfillment.
8. Participate in training, maintain certifications, and stay updated with healthcare developments.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferably six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
