Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a customer-focused associate to support daily retail and pharmacy operations. Responsibilities include cashiering, assisting the pharmacist, and maintaining clean, organized store areas.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
Prefer good math skills to fill prescriptions accurately.
Prefer good computer skills.
Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Registers sales on assigned cash register and handles transactions.
Assists pharmacist under supervision and enters patient/drug information in pharmacy systems.
Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; checks in and prices merchandise.
Provides customer service in the photo area and handles web pickup orders.
Performs clerical duties and processes pharmacy-related claims and interactions.
Maintains inventory and supports pharmacy department workflow.
Ensures compliance with policies and procedures and supports loss prevention.
