Job summary

Walgreens is seeking team members to deliver courteous checkout service and assist the pharmacist under supervision. Responsibilities include processing prescriptions, operating pharmacy systems, and helping with inventory and merchandising.

Prior Walgreens experience and PTCB certification are preferred. Candidates should have strong math and computer skills, be fluent in English, and flexible to evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout with courteous, efficient service.
• Register sales and handle cash and returns.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision in processing prescriptions and using pharmacy systems.
• Support pharmacy operations and inventory management.
• Ensure displays are clean and shelves are stocked and merchandised.
• Assist with photo services and web order pick-ups as needed.
