Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused team member to support pharmacy operations and front-end customer service. You will assist in processing prescriptions under pharmacist supervision, operate the cash register, and help customers find products while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Training includes PTCB certification and pharmacy system usage. The role emphasizes strong English communication, math skills for counting and pricing, and willingness to work flexible hours in a retail

Qualifications

Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
Prefer good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
Prefer good computer skills.
Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

Provide courteous, efficient checkout service on assigned cash register.
Assist pharmacist under supervision in processing prescriptions and using pharmacy systems.
Engage customers to offer help and ensure a positive experience in-store.
Maintain clean and organized counters and shelves; manage inventory and pricing as directed.
Support Pharmacy Manager and staff in workflow and compliance with company policies.
