Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused team member to support cashier and pharmacy-related tasks. You will greet customers, ring up purchases, and help locate products while ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Under supervision, you will assist pharmacists with processing prescriptions, maintaining patient drug information, and using pharmacy systems. A flexible schedule, basic math, and strong computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.
Prefer good math skills to fill prescriptions accurately.
Prefer good computer skills.

Responsibilities

Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience at checkout.
Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly service.
Assists pharmacist under supervision in processing prescriptions and using pharmacy systems.
Provides customer service in the photo area and helps locate products on the floor.
Maintains clean shelves and merchandised displays and supports inventory processes.
Performs duties assigned by Pharmacy Manager and Store Manager, including pharmacy-related tasks.
