Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a pharmacy support team member to provide courteous checkout service, assist pharmacists with prescription processing, and help maintain clean, well-stocked stores. You will engage customers, promote products, and support pharmacy operations under supervision.

The role requires English fluency, flexible availability including evenings/weekends, and strong math/computer skills. Prior retail experience and PTCB certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Good math skills for accurate prescription counting and dispensing.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with store systems.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under supervision by entering patient and drug information and processing prescriptions.
• Engages customers and helps with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains clean, merchandised shelves and accurate inventory records.
• Supports pharmacy operations including inventory management and back-office tasks.
• Handles routine duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager or Store Manager.
