Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, able to read and write clearly.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of retail experience and familiarity with Walgreens policies.
• PTCB certification or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under supervision and use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions.
• Provide courteous, friendly checkout service and handle cash register duties.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and suggest products to enhance experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stocking, and inventory accuracy.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and day-to-day store duties as directed.
• Support pharmacy operations including data entry and safety checks.
