Job summary

Walgreens in Yuma, AZ is seeking a customer-focused Retail Customer Experience Associate to greet shoppers, assist with products, and ensure a positive store visit while maintaining accuracy at the register.

You will support pharmacy operations under supervision, process prescriptions, handle cash, and help keep shelves clean and organized; prior pharmacy exposure and PTCB not required but helpful; flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• PTCB certification preferred.
• Six months experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register and processes payments.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision and use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions.
• Maintain counters and shelves, ensure accurate pricing and stock.
• Provide customer service in photo area and assist with web order pick-up.
