• Provides customer service, helps shoppers with products.
• Maintains counters and shelves, merchandises merchandise, inventories items.
• Assists with pharmacy duties, enters patient and drug information in pharmacy systems.
• Handles returns, refunds, and exchanges; processes voids and rain checks as needed.
• Supports Pharmacy Manager with store operations and duties.
