Job summary

Qualifications

• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills for accurate prescriptions.
• Prefer good computer skills.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Models and shares customer service best practices to deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Provides customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Recommends items for sale and processes purchases at the register.
• Assists pharmacists in dispensing under supervision and maintains pharmacy records.
• Maintains clean, well merchandised counters and shelves; assists with inventory and pricing.
• Handles returns, voids, refunds, and exchanges and supports pharmacy workflow.
