Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services, delivering friendly checkout.
• Register purchases, process returns, refunds, exchanges, and voids as needed.
• Suggest items and trade-ups, assist with OTC products, and guide customers to aisles.
• Operate store systems and maintain clean, merchandised counters and shelves.
• Maintain store appearance and comply with company policies; report issues to supervisor.
• Attend training and complete required programs as requested by management.
