Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales and provides courteous, fair, friendly checkout service.
• Assists the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy and uses pharmacy systems to process prescriptions.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Explains Walgreens service traits and proactively offers help to identify customer needs.
• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service at the point of sale and handles returns and exchanges as needed.
• Supports Pharmacy Department on inventory management and prescription processing as directed by the Pharmacy Manager.
• Maintains clean and merchandised counters and shelves and ensures store systems and equipment function properly.
