Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking an in-store associate to deliver a distinctive customer experience. You will register sales, assist the pharmacist under supervision, and use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions.

The role includes engaging customers, offering assistance with products, and supporting photo services and online order pickups. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is preferred, with prior retail experience beneficial.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Engages customers and patients, greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Provides customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and poster print.
• Assists with web pick-up responsibilities and separate store maintenance tasks as needed.
