Qualifications

• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly checkout service.
• Assists the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy and uses pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; assists with inventory and price checks.
• Performs duties assigned by Pharmacy Manager and supports workflow, including entering patient and drug information.
