Qualifications

• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for accurate prescription counting.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to create a positive experience.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure satisfaction.
• Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle returns and exchanges.
• Assist pharmacy team by entering patient and drug information and supporting workflow.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves; restock as needed.
• Support pharmacy management and technicians in inventory and daily operations.
