Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a Pharmacy Support role in the United States to assist pharmacists and deliver excellent customer service. You will operate the cash register, greet customers, and help locate items while maintaining a clean store environment.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
Prefer good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
Prefer good computer skills.
Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
Assist pharmacist under supervision in processing prescriptions and entering patient data in pharmacy systems.
Engage customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
Maintain clean and organized counters and shelves; stock and price merchandise as directed.
Support Pharmacy Manager and staff Pharmacist with workflow and inventory tasks.
