Walgreens in Norfolk, NE is seeking a customer-focused associate to help deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience while processing sales at the register and assisting the pharmacist under supervision.

You will use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions, and support inventory, displays, and store operations. Prior retail experience and strong math skills are a plus; PTCB certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Six months of retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to assist pharmacist under supervision and handle basic pharmacy tasks.

Responsabilités

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision, use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and supports inventory and merchandise maintenance.
• Maintains clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves; processes returns and exchanges.
• Participates in training to earn and maintain PTCB certification.
