Job summary

Walgreens in Ohio is seeking a Pharmacy Customer Experience Associate to help deliver friendly checkout service, assist pharmacists under supervision, and use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions.

You’ll engage customers, handle everyday transactions, maintain displays, and support pharmacy operations including inventory and claims processing, with training to obtain PTCB certification and potential career growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Prior retail experience preferred (Walgreens context).

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly checkout service and operate cash register.
• Assist pharmacists under supervision and use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Maintain counters, shelves, displays, and cleanliness; assist with inventory and pricing.
• Support Pharmacy Department on inventory management, ordering, and processing of prescriptions.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
