Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused team member to provide friendly checkout and product assistance in a fast-paced store in California. You will help customers, ring up purchases, and support the pharmacist by preparing and entering prescription information under supervision.

Responsibilities include inventory maintenance, merchandising, and assisting with pharmacy-related tasks while adhering to company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of retail experience.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills and computer skills.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with products and services.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision in processing prescriptions.
• Register purchases at the register and handle transactions.
• Maintain clean, stocked shelves and stock rotation.
• Support pharmacy workflow and inventory management.
