Walgreens Co. is hiring for a Customer Experience role in California. You will greet customers, assist with products, and process sales at the register while ensuring courteous, efficient checkout.

You will also support store operations, help with inventory and displays, and collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain quality service. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Formación

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide assistance to ensure a positive experience.
• Process sales at register, handle returns and exchanges.
• Assist customers with OTC products and guide to relevant aisles.
• Maintain counters and shelves, keep displays neat and merchandised.
• Report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and follow Quality Improvement procedures.
