Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused team member to support retail and pharmacy operations in Brandon, FL. You will assist at the register, help customers, and work under supervision to process prescriptions with pharmacy staff.

The role requires English fluency, basic math, and comfort with computer systems. Prior retail experience and PTCB certification are preferred. Scheduling includes evenings and weekends, with opportunities across store departments.

Formación

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Ability to use store computer systems and pharmacy systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide courteous, friendly checkout service at the register.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision with prescription processing and patient information.
• Support pharmacy operations, inventory management, and merchandising.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves and correct pricing information.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Support phone and in-store customer service in the photo area and other departments.
