Job summary

• Assists pharmacist under direct supervision with prescription processing.
• Provides customer service, greets customers, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Keeps counters clean, merchandises shelves, and assists in inventory and ordering.
• Supports pharmacy department on workflow and claims processing when needed.
• Ensures compliance with store policies and maintains professional conduct.
