Responsabilités

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under supervision and uses pharmacy systems to process prescriptions.
• Engages customers, greets them, and assists with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Recommends items for sale and suggests trade-up or companion products.
• Provides fast, friendly, and efficient service at the register and floor.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean, merchandises, inventories, and prices merchandise.
• Assists with filling prescriptions, counting, pouring, and verifying medicines.
• Reports prescription errors to the pharmacist and follows the Pharmacy Code of Conduct.
• Handles phone calls not requiring pharmacist attention; supports workflow.
• Processes manual claims for third-party prescription services and performs clerical duties as needed.
• Assists Pharmacy Department with inventory management and stock control.
• Ensures compliance with state/local laws on regulated products.
• Constructs and maintains displays and completes store resets as directed.
• Provides photo area service and supports web-pickup workflows.
