Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Preference for prior Walgreens experience.
• Good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of inventory control.
• PTCB certification is preferred or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience at the register and throughout the store.
• Assists pharmacists under supervision, processes prescriptions, and uses pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information.
• Provides courteous, friendly checkout service and recommends additional items to customers.
• Maintains clean, well‑merchandised counters and shelves, checks in and prices merchandise, and handles returns or exchanges as needed.
• Supports Pharmacy Manager and staff pharmacist with inventory, workflow, and compliance with pharmacy policies.
