Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Good computer skills preferred.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Registers purchases, handles cash, returns, and exchanges; assists customers in locating items.
• Maintains clean, merchandised shelves and proper pricing as directed.
• Supports Pharmacy Manager and staff with prescription entry, checking, and workflow.
• Assists with inventory management and order processing for Rx drugs.
• Complies with company policies and contributes to a respectful team environment.
• Performs tasks as assigned by store management.
