Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Experience team member to deliver a distinctive, friendly checkout experience and assist the pharmacist as needed. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help with product locations while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include processing purchases, handling cash, assisting with prescriptions under supervision, and supporting inventory and displays. Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: six months in retail and familiarity with Walgreens systems.

Responsibilities

• Register sales on the cash register and provide courteous checkout service.
• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in processing prescriptions and using pharmacy systems.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves and assist with inventory and displays.
• Handle third-party claims, returns, and basic clerical tasks as directed.
