Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under direct supervision in dispensing activities.
• Provide courteous, efficient checkout service and handle cash transactions.
• Operate pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stocking, and merchandising.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Support pharmacy inventory and assist with claims processing.
• Follow company policies and privacy/Code of Conduct.
