Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for counting, measuring and weighing medications.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service at checkout.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision in dispensing prescriptions.
• Enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems.
• Process prescriptions and verify accuracy and potential interactions.
• Manage inventory, displays, and pricing as directed.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed.
• Assist with web pick-up orders and special assignments.
