Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists under supervision in dispensing and medication safety.
• Process prescriptions and manage pharmacy information in pharmacy systems.
• Provide courteous, efficient checkout and customer assistance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising, including inventory checks.
• Support pharmacy workflow and routine clerical duties.
• Manages transactions, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges; assists with OTC guidance when possible.
• Maintains clean, merchandised shelves and performs inventory checks and price updates as directed.
• Performs pharmacy-related duties including entering patient and drug information and assisting with workflow.
• Reports prescription errors to the pharmacist; adheres to Good Faith Dispensing policies and company procedures.
• Handles calls that do not require pharmacist attention and processes third-party claims for prescriptions.
• Supports pharmacy inventory management and coordinates shipment receipts and storage.
• Ensures compliance with state/local laws on regulated products and maintains appropriate displays and promotions.
• Provides photo area customer service and web pickup assistance, including order fulfillment.
• Supports store maintenance and policy compliance; completes special assignments as directed.
