Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to greet customers, assist with product questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will ring up purchases, handle cash, and support the pharmacist under supervision with prescription processing.

The role requires English fluency, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and a preference for retail experience and basic math, computer skills, and knowledge of inventory control. Training toward PTCB certification is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Prefer good computer skills.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on cash register and provides efficient checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and uses pharmacy systems.
• Maintains counters, shelves, and merchandise, and assists with inventory and pricing.
• Offers customer service in photo area and assists with web pick-up and other tasks.
• Performs store duties as assigned by management and upholds policy and procedures.
