Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions and use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information.
• Assist with inventory management and store maintenance.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges; aid in OTC assistance.
