Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Associate to support the Pharmacy team and assist customers with prescriptions and over-the-counter needs. You will fill prescriptions under supervision, verify accuracy, and use pharmacy systems for patient information.

Strong customer service, math skills, and computer literacy are essential. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is required; prior Walgreens experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• PTCB certification or eligible required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and processing prescriptions.
• Greets customers and provides courteous, efficient checkout service.
• Operates pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Maintains inventory and ensures store displays are clean and well merchandised.
• Handles cash register, returns, exchanges, and assists with third-party claims.
