Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an individual to deliver excellent customer experiences at the register and support the pharmacy team. The role involves assisting the pharmacist under supervision, processing prescriptions, and providing friendly, efficient service to customers.

Ideally you will have retail experience, good math and computer skills, and familiarity with store systems. Training and certification support, with opportunities for growth, are provided.

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under supervision and use pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information.
• Provide courteous, friendly checkout service and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory records.
• Process prescriptions, checks, and third-party claims per procedures.
• Support Pharmacy Manager with inventory management and workflow.
