Walgreens Co. is seeking a Customer Experience team member in the United States to deliver friendly checkout service and greet customers in-store.

You will assist pharmacists under direct supervision with prescription processing, maintain store appearance, and support inventory and pharmacy operations while following company policies and safety standards. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills for filling prescriptions.
• Prefer good computer skills.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide courteous, friendly checkout service and assist customers with products and services.
• Assist pharmacists under supervision with prescription processing and labelling.
• Process cash transactions, returns, exchanges, and payment handling at the register.
• Maintain clean, merchandised counters and shelves; check in and price merchandise.
• Support pharmacy operations including inventory management and order processing.
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and the Pharmacy Code of Conduct.
• Provide photo-area services and assist with related customer requests.
