Responsibilities

Provide courteous, friendly checkout service and assist customers with products and services.
Recommend items and trade-up or companion products to customers.
Register purchases, handle cash, and manage returns or exchanges as needed.
Assist with pharmacy tasks: enter patient/drug information, dispense prescriptions, verify medicine, and check interactions.
Report prescription errors to the pharmacist and follow quality procedures.
Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and stock rotation as directed.
Support Pharmacy Manager and staff pharmacists in scheduling and workflow maintenance.
Participate in inventory management and adherence to policies.
