Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Experience associate at our store in the United States. You will greet customers, assist with products and services, and help resolve questions to ensure a positive shopping experience.

You’ll also support the pharmacy team by handling inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining clean, well-merchandised aisles. This role emphasizes friendly, efficient service, upselling where appropriate, and adherence to company policies while working a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Recommends items for sale and performs upsell/cross-sell when possible.
• Registers purchases on the cash register and processes transactions, returns, exchanges as needed.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean, merchandised, and stocked; checks in and prices merchandise as directed.
• Supports Pharmacy Department activities, inventory management, and adherence to policies.
