Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prefer Walton/ Walgreens familiarity.
• Good math skills for counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.
• Knowledge of store inventory control is a plus.
• PTCB certification is preferred or required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Register sales on the cash register and provide courteous, efficient checkout service.
• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in processing prescriptions and entering patient information.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves; stock and price merchandise.
• Provide customer service in person and over the phone; resolve issues promptly.
• Support Pharmacy Department with inventory management and workflow.
• Adhere to pharmacy policies, including Good Faith Dispensing and Code of Conduct.
