Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists under direct supervision in dispensing medications and using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions.
• Provide courteous, friendly checkout service at the register and help customers locate products.
• Support store operations by maintaining displays, inventory, and merchandising, and handling returns.
• Handle phone calls not requiring pharmacist attention and relay important information to staff.
