Job summary

Walgreens is hiring for a Pharmacy Assistant role in a busy retail setting. You will assist the pharmacist under direct supervision, use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions, and help customers at the register with a friendly, efficient checkout experience.

You will engage customers, stock shelves, and maintain pharmacy and store operations in line with company standards. Training and certification through the PTCB program may be pursued to advance in the pharmacy team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and verification processes.
• Provide courteous, efficient checkout and customer service at the register.
