Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused team member to assist in pharmacy and front-end duties at our Culpeper, VA location. You will greet customers, help locate products, and assist pharmacists with processing prescriptions under direct supervision.

Full or part-time hours with flexibility including evenings and weekends. Prior retail or pharmacy exposure is preferred; PTCB certification is a plus. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking).
• PTCB certification or state-required registration preferred.
• Experience with retail customer service is a plus.
• Knowledge of pharmacy systems and processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under supervision with dispensing and patient info entry.
• Provide courteous, efficient checkout and service to customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock, and merchandised displays.
• Handle prescription processing, including counting, pouring, and labeling.
• Support inventory management and clerical duties as needed.
