Qualifications

• Good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with store inventory.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register sales on assigned cash register and provide courteous checkout service.
• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in the practice of pharmacy and process prescriptions.
• Enter patient and drug information using pharmacy systems and check for interactions.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves and handle inventory.
• Support pharmacy staff with workflow, claims processing, and administrative tasks.
• Provide customer service in person and over the phone; handle returns and exchanges as needed.
• Adhere to company policies, including Good Faith Dispensing and Code of Conduct.
