Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a front-end/ pharmacy support associate who delivers a distinctive customer experience. You will greet customers, assist with product needs, and operate the cash register efficiently.

You will also assist the pharmacist under supervision, process prescriptions, and ensure accurate use of pharmacy systems. Maintain store cleanliness, manage inventory, and support daily pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair checkout service.
• Assists the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy and uses pharmacy systems to process prescriptions.
• Engages customers, greets, offers assistance, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised; takes inventory and prices merchandise as directed.
• Performs duties assigned by Pharmacy Manager and supports workflow in the pharmacy.
• Reports prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adheres to policies for dispensing.
