Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Recommends items for sale to customers and suggests trade-ups or companion items.
• Registers purchases on the cash register, handles cash and returns, and processes refunds and exchanges.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised and checks in and prices merchandise.
• Assists with displays and stock rotation, including food and promotional items.
• Assists with exterior and interior maintenance and ensures store condition and appearance.
